Sellers

Selling a home is harder than you might imagine. My services begin with an in-house consultation where I share with you my expert opinion on how much your home could sell for and in turn how much you will have in pocket after all title and real estate fees are paid for. During the consultation I will also give you my best staging tips learned through years of interior design experience. Once the home is on the market it’s all about networking and marketing. With a past in professional marketing I will use social media, photography, video and print advertising to get all the attention your home deserves.

Once an offer is accepted it all comes down to project management and customer service. My team and I will be sure every “i” is dotted and every “t” crossed so you get to the closing table without any undue stress.

Check out my series of videos below that walk you through the process from beginning to end. Anytime, feel free to reach out. You can call or text me directly at 812.322.2580 or e-mail me at [email protected] to book an appointment.
